The creation of the intergroup « mountains, islands and sparsely populated regions » is a major step for the European democracy and for the efficiency of European policies.
Here is a contribution from AEM in the frame of the works done before the writing of the Green paper on territorial cohesion presented by the European Commission on the 6th of October.
